Via ferrata tips for you

Multifaceted climbing around the Valkastiel castle ruins:

The Valkastiel castle ruins are located above the municipality of Vandans at around 1,000 meters above sea level in an extremely exposed location. It is uncertain how long ago these ancient walls were built, but what is certain is that there is now a via ferrata park up there, which promises you a varied climbing experience with five routes of varying difficulty.

Via ferrata Madrisella - a real gem

You've made it! At almost 2,500 meters above sea level, the view is uplifting - especially when you reach the summit of Madrisella via the new via ferrata on the northern slope. On this side, the mountain is angular and majestic. The Nova Valley is clearly visible in the depths. The climbing scene agrees: "One of the most beautiful via ferratas in the whole of Vorarlberg." So let's get climbing!

The Montafon offers a variety of extraordinary via ferratas. Whether a balancing act on the Hochjoch. Close enough to touch the clouds on the Saulakopf. Or the sound of the mountain stream in your ear in St. Anton. All climbing tours have three things in common: summit exhilaration, thrills and an indescribable feeling of freedom.

Would you like to practise a little before you venture to lofty heights? Then the climbing gardens or easy via ferratas are the right place for you. After that, nothing stands in the way of unique high-altitude fun!
