Immerse yourself in the history and traces of the mining era of the Montafon with our culture and history guide Monika. The 12 partly interactive stations of the Silver Trail show the various archaeological methods from the bone work of the digging archaeologists to the high-tech laboratory of the scientists. The topic is explained in a comprehensive and multifaceted, yet easily understandable way. Each of the stations forms a piece of the puzzle that fits into the overall picture of archaeological work at the end of the tour.
A very special experience for those interested in culture and history, which conveys the history of settlement in an easy and understandable way.
The "free" guided tours are offered by Monika Dönz-Breuss every Wednesday until Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
The meeting point is at 9:55 am (ascent at 9:45 am) at the mountain station of the Montafon Kristbergbahn, where Monika will welcome you.
